Office Daily Cleaning
Our daily cleaning plans for Hong Kong commercial buildings and offices cover workspaces, meeting rooms, washrooms and shared areas, maintaining a professional appearance. A clean office makes work more comfortable and gives visiting clients a positive first impression. Choose a monthly plan based on weekly cleaning frequency, or a quarterly or annual contract for better value.
Office cleaning quote.Weekly cleaning frequency is tailored to your office's size, number of staff and usage. Evening or weekend cleaning avoids disruption to work. Key handovers or access accompanied by property staff can also be arranged.
Regular cleaning is available on monthly, quarterly or annual plans. We accept bank transfers, cheques or other agreed payment methods. Long-term customers can arrange monthly settlement.
Retail Shop Cleaning
We provide pre-opening and regular cleaning for retail shops, restaurants and shopping centre premises, keeping customer-facing areas clean and comfortable. Your shopfront reflects your brand: the condition of glass, floors and shelves shapes customers' first impressions. Cleaning can be arranged before opening, after closing or on rest days to minimise disruption.
Shop cleaning quote.Book before opening, after closing, on rest days or public holidays. The gap between completing a shop fit-out and opening is often short, so we recommend booking pre-opening cleaning early.
The scope can be tailored to the shop type. For example, restaurants can add Deep cleaning for extra attention to kitchen grease. Regular cleaning is also available on a monthly plan.
Deep Cleaning
We thoroughly clean accumulated dirt in kitchens, washrooms, glass surfaces and hidden corners to restore your space. Regular cleaning maintains everyday cleanliness, while deep cleaning tackles stubborn grime, neglected corners and gaps around equipment. It is suitable for periodic maintenance or before and after moving in.
Deep cleaning quote.It depends on how the space is used. Busy areas or places where dirt builds up quickly may benefit from more frequent Regular cleaning as needed.
The period before Lunar New Year is usually busy, so we recommend booking early. You can also book selected areas, such as just the kitchen or washroom.
Carpet Cleaning
Professional carpet cleaning and care removes dust mites, stains and odours and extends carpet life in offices, hotels and homes. We also use professional floor scrubbers for large hard-floor areas such as commercial lobbies and shopping centre atriums. Drying usually takes a few hours to half a day, depending on the carpet and cleaning method. We will advise when the area can be used again before starting work.
Carpet cleaning quote.It depends on foot traffic and use. Busy reception areas and corridors accumulate stains more quickly and may need more frequent cleaning.
Hong Kong's humid spring weather can cause carpets to absorb moisture and develop odours. Carpet cleaning after the humid season can help improve the indoor environment.
Post-Renovation Cleaning
We thoroughly remove renovation dust, tape and paint residue so your new home or office is ready to use. Dust often collects inside cabinets, window frames, lighting recesses and floor joints, where ordinary cleaning may not reach. The time required depends on the size of the property and the residue left behind: typically half a day to a full day for a home, with larger offices assessed and scheduled separately.
Post-renovation cleaning quote.We generally recommend cleaning after all renovation work is complete, workers have left and bulky renovation materials have been removed, to avoid dust settling again afterwards.
Please tell us if renovation waste or leftover materials remain on site. The quotation will specify what can be handled. After cleaning, you can also arrange Formaldehyde removal 。
Formaldehyde Removal
Our professional formaldehyde removal service reduces indoor pollutant levels to create a more comfortable environment at home or work. Formaldehyde is a common indoor pollutant that may come from certain plywood products, adhesives, paints and new furniture, particularly in newly renovated or furnished spaces. We assess your space before recommending a suitable treatment.
Formaldehyde removal quote.We generally recommend Post-renovation cleaning after completion and before moving in. Treatment can also be arranged later if you add new furniture or find the indoor air uncomfortable.
Certain plywood products, adhesives, paints and new furniture. Formaldehyde removal is worth considering after renovation or when substantial new furniture is added.
